Do you know of software that prints vocal? And printed in a way that a human would do with no knowledge except of the letters but without knowledge of orthography?

Unfortunately, there is application that allows you to print phonetic speech so that someone understands it. All the translating apps attempt voice to text transcription, but the ones available are expensive and require a licence since in trial mode they're pretty limited.
You need to visit IrisLink to download the software again but notice that the product is not available freely and you'll have to purchase it to use all of its functions and features.

You can try Dragon products from voice to text translation: http://www.nuance.com/dragon/index.htm
